Loyalty program

FOR ANY ORDER ON THIS SITE, YOU WILL ACCUMULATE 1 LOYALTY POINT PER 10.00 EUR OF PURCHASE.
EACH LOYALTY POINT GIVES YOU A REDUCTION OF 0.50 EUR ON ANY SUBSEQUENT ORDER OF A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF 10.00 EUR.

Once the points have been accumulated, you are free at any time to convert them into a reduction voucher to be used on a future order. To do this, log into your account by clicking on My account at the bottom of the page and go to the My loyalty points section. You can then choose to convert your accumulated points into a discount voucher. This reduction coupon will give you a code (available in your account under My reduction coupons) which you will need to copy and paste into the field provided for this purpose during the 1st step of the purchase process.

Once the points have been converted into a coupon, the site interface will automatically suggest that you use the coupon available during this first purchase step. You remain free to use the voucher or not.

Loyalty points are granted to you only if payment for the order has been accepted.

Once the loyalty points have been converted, a reduction voucher remains valid for 1 year and for any purchase of a minimum amount of EUR 10.00.

Loyalty points are awarded on all products on the site and discount coupons also apply to all product categories.
